Salmon flies for an Arctic summer

The third week of June still seems a long way away. But it’s getting closer.
Tight lines to all of you out fishing this weekend.
There’s a nice post up yesterday on Glyn Freeman’s River Eden blog, Cumbria Flyfishing, sounds like Glyn needs the rain to settle down but with big tides in the Solway it might pull in a few more of those 8-10lb springers. I look forward to fishing there again with AAPGAI maestro Glyn one day ..
