The 2021 season stretches ahead. It’s just warming up now. Some springers on the Thurso and Findhorn, Tay and Tweed. And Orton on the Spey and Cairnton on the Dee. And Naver. The Miramichi opened three days ago and black salmon have bent rods but Canada is harnessed in covid restrictions, more onerous than elsewhere.
So some action but not much; not yet.
Last year was really okay so let’s see what happens this time.
